All our products start with the best quality chocolate and ingredients. We carefully prepare every item by hand, doing as little as possible to them to maintain their natural essence. In fact, we use a fraction of the sugar used in chocolates that are mass manufactured. Our chocolates are less sweet and more intense in flavour – which means a little goes a long way.
While a fully mechanized process would increase production, we prefer hand work as much as possible. That’s why we use no molds, but rather hand cut, shape, dip and pack our chocolates. And just as we won’t rush production, we also won’t extend our products’ life by adding preservatives or fillers. Our products are as fresh as fresh can get, which means they need to be eaten within a month of purchase. We make our products to order, so you will need to allow a minimum of 48 hours to have your order filled. One bite of our fresh products and you’ll discover the wait is well worth it.
