All our products start with the best quality chocolate and ingredients. We carefully prepare every item by hand, doing as little as possible to them to maintain their natural essence. In fact, we use a fraction of the sugar used in chocolates that are mass manufactured. Our chocolates are less sweet and more intense in flavour, which means a little goes a long way.
While a fully mechanized process would increase production, we prefer hand work as much as possible. That's why we don't use molds, but rather hand cut, shape, dip and pack our chocolates. And just as we won't rush production, we also won't extend our products' life by adding preservatives or fillers. Our products are fresh and made daily, which means they need to be eaten not saved for later.
We make custom orders to order, so you will need to allow at least several days to have your order filled -- it takes that long to produce one bonbon. One bite of our fresh products and you'll discover the wait is well worth it.

Buttercrunch, a tender buttery almond toffee coated in premium milk chocolate and kissed with hazelnuts.
Aztec haute chocolate, a rich and velvety hot chocolate experience inspired by the early Mayans. Our blend is produced from premium milk chocolate and dark chocolate with spices, including ancho and chipotle chilies for a warming kick. Because we ground our premium chocolate blend, the result is a full-bodied texture and intense flavour.
Chocolate chip cookies, the decadent grown-up version of your childhood favourite. With premium milk chocolate chips throughout and a bottom bathed in milk chocolate these are much more than just a cookie.

Contrary to popular misconception, eating lots of chocolate does not raise blood cholesterol levels. Chocolate contains stearic acid, which is a neutral fat that does not raise bad cholesterol (LDL). Also, the cocoa butter in chocolate contains oleic acid, a mono-unsaturated fat. This is the same type of fat found in olive oil that may actually raise good cholesterol (HDL).
