The different sizes, shapes and textures all complement one another to create the ultimate chocolate experience. Our flavour combinations are contemporary and created by using only the best quality ingredients.
- Teasim: A blend of three teas (bergamot, jasmine and lichee black tea) with a hint of fresh ginger and cocoa nibs. Enrobed in milk chocolate.
- Orange Standard: Grand Marnier infused in milk chocolate ganache. Hand-dipped in 70% Cuban estate dark chocolate, then rolled in toasted almonds.
- Raspberry Noir: Organic raspberries and a hint of chambord liqueur combined with a blend of two different estate chocolates. Dusted with ultra rich Valrhona cocoa powder.
- White Seafoam: An interesting blend of ginger, kaffir lime and maccha Japanese green tea. Enrobed in white chocolate.
- Fresh Garden Mint: Fresh English mint infused in milk chocolate ganache and covered in rich dark chocolate.
- Classic Champagne: The classic enrobed in dark chocolate and dusted in cocoa powder.
- Torque: Smoky chipotle pepper blended with dark chocolate ganache and a note of espresso. Enrobed in pure bittersweet chocolate.
- Beurre Croquant: Luscious, creamy butter and milk chocolate ganache with a hint of Madagascar bourbon vanilla bean. Enrobed in 70 per cent couvertures dark chocolate and then rolled in flakes of crispy biscuit.
